Having been semi-retired for a while now, I have great pleasure in announcing I will be doing the weekly Horoscopes from now on. It seems that full retirement isn’t on the horizon for me at the present time and I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for you all. Whilst compiling your horoscopes, I prefer to look at the positive things in life as well as the light-hearted; and also of course the biggest question of all – Romance.

April 20th – May 20th
You need to prioritise self care and relaxation this week, Taurus. The challenges of the last few weeks are waning and it is time to get back to normal day to day life. Avoid any unnecessary expenditure until your back on an even keel financially. An interesting opportunity will be offered to you this week, think it through carefully as it could change your whole way of living.
May 21st - June 20th
Celebrate how far you have come, Gemini. An international aspect is looming, are you looking at property abroad or even a holiday, then this is the week to close the deal so to speak. You will receive credit where it is due in the workplace. You will finally be able to forgive a family member and move on with your life, karma will be your friend in this instance.
June 21st – July 22nd
Take a reality check this week, Cancer. Focus on what is really important to you and go for it. However, keep your expectations real and don’t set yourself up to fail. Working your way up is the best option so patience is required. You are under the illusion that someone will change their behaviour, sadly they won’t. Get out now whilst you still have your pride.
July 23rd – Aug 22nd
A short trip is on the horizon, Leo. It will make such a change from your day to day routine you will look at incorporating something similar on a regular basis. An old friend is having a tough time and your support and motivation is needed. However, you will need to make the first step and make contact as they are too proud to ask for help.
Aug 23rd – Sep 22nd
Keep a eye on your documents this week, Virgo. You will need to get your hands on information quickly and a misplaced letter will cause delays. Ensure you keep everything together and know where it is! If you are self employed you will secure work from an unlikely source, which will grow over time. Don’t turn it down as it is not the ‘norm’ as it could be lucrative.
Sep 23rd – Oct 22nd
It is a busy week for you, Libra. In the home you will find yourself tackling renovations and repairs, and about time too! Leave the bigger jobs to the experts though as it could end up costly if not done correctly. Look at taking proactive measures for your health, small changes will lead to big results over time.
Oct 23rd – Nov 21st
Don’t jump to conclusions, Scorpio. Listen to the evidence as such and make an informed decision on the truths you’ve been told. Try to read between the lines as people do like to put themselves in a good light and omit certain details to make themselves look better. Single? An ex is reminiscing about your time together and realises their mistakes – it could be worth listening to what they have to say.
Nov 22nd – Dec 21st
Reseach a planned renovation, Sagittarius. You may find you can do it for much less that you expected. It’s good to have high expectations of a loved one but remember they are only human and make mistakes like the rest of us. As long as they learn from them then you shouldn’t keep punishing them for it. Let it go.
Dec 22nd – Jan 19th
If you are thinking of studying then go for it, Capricorn. It is the perfect time to enrich your earning potential and it will do you the world of good to know you are investing in the future you. Singles may find themselves falling for a new love interest and you should allow the process to unfold naturally, don’t force it. You are a great match and could make it long term.
Jan 20th – Feb 18th
You may consider changing jobs, Aquarius or even changing careers completely. And why not? We work for many years and doing something you don’t enjoy will not enable you to be truly happy. Make the move! A family disagreement will sort itself out without much interference, just give it time. Single? Online dating isn’t the way forward this time, a special someone will be met through a friend of a friend.
Feb 19th – March 20th
Money matters are set to improve, Pisces. And a step up career wise is on the horizon which would bring much peace of mind financially. A colleague is acting out of character and you will find yourself being their confidante whether you like it or not. Just keep it to yourself and all will blow over. Use the weekend to recharge your batteries and have a much needed rest.

The Chinese Zodiac works on a 12 year cycle and each year is represented by a different animal. These signs are the Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig. Each year the animal changes and works alongside the Chinese Lunar Calendar.
The Indian Zodiac has the exact same signs as the ones commonly used in the U.K, however, they have another, 5th element, which is sky. This 5th element is given the most importance. On the whole, published horoscopes give a ‘general’ overview for that particular Zodiac sign. However, there are certain publications that prepare more in depth horoscopes covering specific areas such a love, career and finances.

Aries
March 21st - April 19th
There may be a challenge or two this week, Aries but on the whole it is mainly positive. Matters of the heart will be forefront and you will make plans in your head, but ensure you talk about your ideas so as not to be deflated by miscommunication. A loved one needs advice and you are the best person for the job. Don’t pack your diary full of commitments, take a bit of downtime at the weekend.
