Are telephone psychic readings confidential?

Yes. Telephone psychic readings with Elizabeth Rose Psychics are treated as private consultations, so personal details and the discussion should not be shared with others. For complete information about how your data is handled, review the service’s privacy terms before booking.

Telephone psychic readings are private consultations, but confidentiality is not limited to the conversation itself. It also covers how booking details, contact information, payment data and any notes connected with a reading are collected, stored, used and disclosed. Elizabeth Rose Psychics’ privacy terms are the appropriate source for the service’s specific data-handling practices, so review them before sharing sensitive information.

It is useful to distinguish between conversational privacy and information security:

• Conversational privacy: the details discussed during a reading should be treated as personal information rather than shared with other people without a proper reason or permission.
• Account and booking information: a service may need identifying or contact details to arrange a reading and manage correspondence. Check whether these details are retained and how they are used.
• Payment records: payment providers can create transaction records that are separate from the reading itself. Review the relevant payment and privacy information if this is a concern.
• Communication records: emails, call logs, voicemail notifications and device histories may remain on your phone or email account even when the consultation is private.

Confidentiality also has practical limits. A provider’s policy may explain when information can be disclosed, such as where disclosure is required by law, needed to prevent misuse of a service or necessary for a technical or payment provider to complete its role. These provisions should be read alongside the main privacy statement rather than assumed from the word “confidential” alone.

You can reduce accidental exposure by using a private place for the call, checking who can access your phone and email, disabling shared voicemail where appropriate, and avoiding details that you do not need to disclose. If another person pays for the reading or has access to the device used, consider what booking, billing or call information they may be able to see.

Before booking with Elizabeth Rose Psychics, ask focused questions if the published terms do not answer them. For example, you can ask whether readings are recorded, whether written notes are kept, how long personal information is retained, who can access it, and how to request correction or deletion where applicable. This gives you a clearer basis for deciding what information to share during a telephone reading.

Confidentiality does not necessarily mean that a telephone psychic reading has the same legal protection as a consultation with a solicitor, doctor or other regulated professional. In many cases, the provider’s privacy policy and booking terms define how information is handled, while legal exceptions may still apply. If legal privilege or a specific regulatory duty is important to you, check the published terms and ask the provider for clarification before the reading.

It is also helpful to separate confidentiality from anonymity. A service may need enough information to identify the booking or process payment, even if the content of the consultation is treated as private. Avoid assuming that a confidential reading leaves no administrative record, and assess the provider’s stated procedures rather than relying on the label alone.
