Find a private and calming space in your busy week to truly make sense of your thoughts and feelings towards a particular person. Do you feel that you make all of the effort? Are you the driving force all of the time? If so, it could be time to stand back and allow them to come to you. A sensible diet and lots of sleep will help clear your mind and your body of aches.
