A confrontation could turn into an argument so be careful when criticising someone in the workplace. Try not to overthink the small stuff, it really isn’t necessary and you will just wind yourself up – look into relaxation techniques such as mindfulness or even yoga. You should consider weeding out any negativity in your life and putting your own needs in front of others at times. You will thank yourself in the long run.
