Connecting with others is vital to our wellbeing so don’t close yourself off to invitations to socialise. Of course, life is busy, and you don’t always feel like you have enough energy, but it will do you the world of good to get outside of your own head, if only for a few hours. Be happy about an announcement in the workplace, it will lead to better things.

Being self-assured in a group will be a must this week or else you may find yourself being overlooked. For those struggling in a long-term relationship, open up a frank and honest conversation in person rather than online.

Sadly, you will feel let down by a close friend. Once you start getting to the heart of the matter you will realise that they weren’t as involved as you’d been made to believe. You will feel more committed than ever to study to progress your career prospects – maybe look at adult funding if it is more expensive than you’d budgeted for.
